Who We Are
DSM Management Co. Inc., founded in 1978, is a family-owned and operated business. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania firm rents, maintains, and updates apartment houses for rent in the South Oakland section of the city that are near Pitt, CMU, the Pittsburgh Playhouse, and several UPMC hospitals.
Major upgrades typically are made to properties once per year, to modernize kitchens and baths, change carpeting and linoleum, update windows, and more. If our firm is contacted regarding an unexpected repair or problem, a serviceman living directly in the Oakland area makes every attempt to resolve it the same day.
Many of our tenants are so pleased with their lodgings and our service, they rent from us until they graduate or relocate to accept a new job.
